Waterway Pharmacy went about and being for my daughter ! Marquez specifically went out his way ! He made sure he got the drug in and even spoke with the doctor’s office to get the script corrected! Thank you Marquez for going above and beyond for my family!! Much appreciated!

It is always a pleasure visiting Waterway Pharmacy. Moe recognizes me and greets me. Another pharmacist went out of her way to find the last bottle of a rinse prescribed. And Julie could not have been more pleasant and efficient. I recommend Waterway whenever I have the opportunity.

We are continuously impressed with Waterway pharmacy. The entire team is knowledgeable and efficient. Most recently we were traveling and stayed longer than expected. I called Mo and his team and they quickly transferred all of our prescriptions to a pharmacy where we were traveling. We only had an hour before our cruise ship left and they worked quickly on our behalf to get it all done! They then assisted me with transferring everything back to Waterway upon our return. They went above and beyond and we are very grateful! 😊

LOVE this small, not “chain” pharmacy! Moe (pharmacist) is VERY kind and helpful and available for questions. The staff is very friendly. Scripts are ready when expected and they text you to let you know also :). Delivery is an option! I recommend Waterway pharmacy to everyone I know. Real people, professional service, available help, NO CHAIN!!! Go say hi and try them!

Today, Nicole helped me resolve a concern I had about a med and coverage. Nicole was professional, concerned, pleasant and worked with me to solve my concern. Thank you Nicole for being exceptional!
